Sarah-Valin Bloom is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and speaker. After years in clinical practice, she leverages her expertise and training to support the healing and growth of everyone she works with.
Sarah-Valin received her graduate training at Columbia University and specialized postgraduate training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Rutgers University, with expertise in the treatment of complex trauma. In addition to her traditional clinical training, Sarah-Valin is trained in EMDR, clinical hypnosis, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and a number of somatic and integrative healing approaches. This informs her comprehensive approach to mental health and wellness and her belief in each human being’s ability to overcome obstacles, grow through experience, and heal wounds to reconnect with the joy that lives inside all of us. Sarah-Valin is passionate about patient care, believes deeply in the power of collaboration, and meets people wherever they may be on their journey.
